The Boston Bandits are entering their 3rd season in the National Collegiate Development Conference (NCDC). The NCDC is the USPHL’s tuition free Junior A conference for 16-20 year old players. The squad is looking to improve upon their 7th place finish in the 2018-19 season under the reigns of General Manager Jay Punsky and Head Coach Jim Gaudet.

The Bandits program is committed to developing players on and off the ice and providing maximum exposure to NCAA Division 1 programs. Featuring one of the most respected and experienced hockey operations staff in all of Junior Hockey, the Bandits are ideally situated in Southern Massachusetts, just a short drive from top Hockey East and ECAC schools such as Boston University, Harvard, Boston College, Providence, Northeastern, Yale, UConn, UNH and many others.

The Bandits boast their own state of the art practice and training facility in Bridgewater, MA. The Bridgewater Ice Arena features two ice surfaces, a full service pro shop, an off ice training center, to which Bandits players have full access, as well as their own private team dressing room.  BIA is an ideal venue for Junior Hockey with a great fan base and arena atmosphere.

Each year, the USPHL will conduct a mid-season futures draft for 15 and 16 year olds and a spring main draft for 17-20 year olds to aid in the player procurement process. NCDC clubs are also allowed to tender players to secure their rights. The 2018-19 Bandits team featured players from all over the World, in addition to home grown athletes from right here in New England.
