Boncore and the Bandits swept their four games this past weekend, and improved their overall record to 13-3-0 for the season. The Bandits 26 points puts them in sole possession of 3rd place in the North Conference, with games in hand on both teams ahead of them.
Boncore split up the games evenly with Ben Jenkins, as both goalies got a pair of starts over the weekend. With the pair of victories, Boncore improves his record to 8-2-0 for the season with a 1.95 GAA and 1 shutout. The Michigan native will look to help keep the Bandits rolling, when they face-off with the New England Wolves tomorrow night in Laconia.
While Boncore anchored the team between the pipes, Cardwell led the team on offense this past weekend.
Cardwell's seven-point weekend included the game-winner on Friday night. The Georgia native has now only been held off the scoresheet five times this season, and currently ranks 3rd on the team with 19 points in his first 16 games.
