The National Collegiate Development Conference (NCDC), is the USPHL’s tuition free conference for 16-20 year old elite players. The Boston Bandits are a founding member of the NCDC and are proud to unveil a new logo in conjunction with this exciting venture. This logo will be worn exclusively by the Bandits USPHL teams, which include the U16, U18, Premier and NCDC.

"The new Bandit is a symbol of our commitment to developing players on and off the ice. Our program will focus on helping the players get stronger and quicker in the weight room as well as providing them with the on ice tools and resources to take their game to the next level. The resounding response from NCAA coaches when asked what teen aged players need in order to make the jump to Division 1 is 'strength.’ We plan on helping our young players fill that void,” said Senior Advisor of Hockey Operations Doug Shepherd.

In addition to the new look, the Bandits NCDC team will begin their inaugural 2017-2018 season playing out of the historic Gallo Ice Arena, located on Cape Cod in Bourne, MA.
