Dr. Ian Paskowski Joins the Boston Bandits

The Boston Bandits have announced that Dr. Ian Paskowski will act as the Team Doctor for the 2017-18 season. Dr. Paskowski is the Medical Director of the Spine Care Program at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital in Plymouth, MA.

Ian attended Providence College where he was a defenseman and captain for the NCAA Division 1 Friars, followed by a short professional hockey stint in the ECHL. Upon hanging up the skates, he went to New York Chiropractic College in Seneca Falls, NY and completed his residency at National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, MD.

Dr. Paskowski has a long history of working with athletes and most recently served as Team Physician for Bridgewater State University and the Plymouth Pilgrims Baseball Organization. He currently serves as consultant for Paul Vincent’s summer training camp for collegiate and professional hockey players. Additionally, Dr. Paskowski participates in research studies focused on population based management of spine related disorders.

Dr. Paskowski will be compiling medical files for all Bandits players, who will be playing in the USPHL for the 2017-18 season. This will help provide those players with comprehensive healthcare in the Bridgewater area.
