Ferriss Moving to NCAA D1 - Galligan Takes Over U16's
The Boston Bandits are proud to announce that NCDC Assistant Coach, Joe Ferriss is moving to the NCAA Division 1 level with the UConn Huskies Men's program. Before moving on to the Huskies, Ferriss was set to lead the Bandits U16 USPHL team.
The Bandits are very pleased to announce the appointment of Seamus Galligan as Head Coach of the U16 team. Galligan played NCAA Division 1 Hockey at Union College and also enjoyed a productive professional hockey career. Coach Galligan holds an undergraduate degree from Union and an MBA from UMass. He has been a key member of the Bandits development and skills staff over the past few years and is a head instructor for Brian Pothier's Blueline Hockey. In 2017-18, Galligan was an Assistant Coach with the Tabor Academy Boys Varsity Hockey Team.
